Firefighters extricate one person in two vehicle crash this morning
Whitehorse firefighters responded to an accident this morning along the Alaska Highway south of town.
The department had to extricate the occupant of the first vehicle, while the occupants of the other vehicle were able to get out without assistance.
The victim was transferred to paramedics for further treatment and taken to the Whitehorse General Hospital.
Fire officials says no further comments will be provided in regards to this incident.
