WHITEHORSE, YT – Bell Canada has warned that more network interruptions are on the way, as they will be conducting network upgrades in the Whitehorse area from October 22nd through to October 26th. Wireless services on the Bell network may be impacted by the work from Tuesday, October 22nd, until Saturday, October 26th.
Bell Canada says the upgrades are part of an on-going $22-million upgrade to improve their wireless network in the Yukon over three years.
The company has suggested their customers confirm if their devices are compatible with Wi-Fi calling, and consider using this as an alternative if they experience disruptions on the wireless network.
