RCMP investigating collision between police vehicle and cyclist

Whitehorse, YT – Yukon RCMP is asking anyone who witnessed a collision between an RCMP SUV and a cyclist on Tuesday to come forward.

On Tuesday around 11 a.m. the collision occurred at the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Main Street. The cyclist was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Yukon RCMP Traffic Services responded to the collision and are investigating. Police say they have video footage of the collision but encourage anyone who witnessed it to contact them.
