UPDATE September 13th: Yukon RCMP say he has been located.
WHITEHORSE, YT – The Whitehorse RCMP is seeking public assisting in locating a missing person.
24-year-old Noel Crotty-Upshall has not been seen since Saturday, September 7th in Whitehorse, and was officially reported missing on Wednesday, September 11th.
RCMP describe him as a white male with short blond hair and blue eyes.
He’s described as 5′ 11″ tall with a slim build, and the RCMP say he’s known to hunch his shoulders.
He is possibly wearing baggy gym pants and a dark hoodie.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Noel Crotty-Upshall has been urged to contact their local RCMP detachment or Crimestoppers.
