Whitehorse, YT – The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) says they are investigating following a fatal plane crash in Haines Junction.
The incident occurred at the Haines Junction Airport early on Monday afternoon and involved a Cessna U206G aircraft operated by Rocking Star Adventures.
In a statement from TSB late yesterday, they mentioned deploying a team of investigators to the site to gather information and assess the incident.
The Yukon Coroners Service confirmed they will be investigating the fatality in association with the airplane crash and that further information will be released when appropriate.
